JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – ADMINISTRATION & FRONT OFFICE JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES  * Manage the front desk by welcoming visitors, clients and employees in a courteous and professional manner. * Handle incoming telephone calls, general emails & inquiries, ensuring timely redirection and responses. * Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes (if any) and ensure compliance with security protocols. * Monitor and requisition office supplies, stationery, and welfare items to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Oversee office operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, service agreements (janitorial, office equipment rentals), and storage-related requirements. * Manage company data & mobile/voice connections, and parking coordination. * Assist in scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating logistics. * Manage overseas travel arrangements for staff at Marine Operations as and when requested, by coordinating with the relevant parties. * Maintain director’s calendar/diary by updating appointments and carrying out the necessary coordination. * Attend to and follow up on internal and external inquiries routed by the Director, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure timely completion.     MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION * Minimum 2 passes at G.C.E. A/L or equivalent.  * Diploma or certificate in Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field is an advantage.  * 1–2 years of experience in reception, front-office, or administrative support.  * Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).  * Strong communication skills in English.
