What will you do? • Manage a complex executive calendar and prioritize leadership schedules • Prepare for and participate in management, board, and customer meetings • Track execution and drive cross-organizational tasks • Lead ad-hoc projects on behalf of the CEO • Own the organization’s order and billing processes • Work closely with Finance and Delivery teams • Sales Operations: manage CRM (HubSpot is a plus), reporting, and performance tracking Who are we looking for? • High energy and a strong ability to move things forward • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong process thinking • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in parallel • Strong business acumen with a positive, confident assertiveness • High proficiency in Hebrew and English • Experience as a Chief of Staff, military HQ/operations role, operations, or administration – an advantage • Preference for graduates in Economics or Industrial Engineering & Management This role is for someone who’s not just looking to manage a calendar — but to be part of leadership, influence, and real growth. Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will manage a complex executive calendar, prepare for and participate in key meetings, track execution, and drive cross-organizational tasks on behalf of the CEO.
