Job Description We are seeking an individual to support day-to-day HR operations by ensuring timely and accurate execution of core HR processes, while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and positive employee experience Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations Maintain and update employee data and HR trackers with high accuracy Assist in background verification, contract administration, and documentation Support employee queries and HR tickets in line with SLAs Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations Assist with audits, reports, and HR operational improvements as required Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role (internship experience may be considered) Basic knowledge of HR processes and Sri Lankan labor regulations Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Professional HR certification will be an added advantage Additional Information We embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences.
