Junior Executive – Human Resources We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting core HR functions and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and operational activities across the department. Key Responsibilities: •    Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and exit formalities.  •    Support performance management activities and payroll-related processes.  •    Administer HR Information Systems for the sector and generate timely, accurate reports.  •    Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with multiple teams.  •    Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and within stipulated timelines.  Candidate Profile: •    A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.  •    Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.  •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.  •    Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.  •    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.   If you think you have what it takes to be successful in this challenging role, please click on Apply Now.
