Description

The Role: Shikho is searching detail-oriented and responsible Junior Executives to support the accurate publishing of academic content on the Shikho platform. This role is responsible for structured input, formatting, verification, and validation of MCQ-based academic questions in the Content Management System (CMS). As all CMS content is published directly to end users, this position requires a high level of accuracy, consistency, and ownership. The incumbent will ensure that questions, options, answers, and solutions strictly align with source materials with Shikho’s content standards. Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Accurately input MCQ questions, answer options, correct answers, and detailed solutions into the CMS in accordance with organizational guidelines. • Validate all content against source documents received from stakeholders prior to submission. • Ensure proper formatting of text, mathematical equations, symbols, and units using R Markdown and LaTeX. • Configure and verify all relevant question metadata, including class, group, subject, chapter, topic, difficulty level, etc. • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks to identify and rectify errors related to content accuracy, formatting, or presentation. • Maintain strict adherence to deadlines while meeting defined productivity and accuracy benchmarks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve content discrepancies. • Report CMS-related or technical issues to the appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution. • Demonstrate adaptability in handling new content formats, tools, and process updates. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree (or current students) in any discipline from a recognized university. • Working knowledge of R Markdown and LaTeX; experience with AI-assisted content tools is an advantage. • Preference will be given to candidates with an academic background in Science or related fields. • Familiarity with Content Management Systems and structured content publishing. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies. • Effective time management and organizational skills in a deadline-driven environment. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite applications. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
