QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Design, or a related spatial design discipline;
• Strong conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving abilities,interest in branding, storytelling through space and user-centered design;
• Proficient in design tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino,Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop,Illustrator, Premiere Pro);
• Ability to communicate ideas through various media such ashand sketches, 3D modelling, renderings, diagrams and visualcollages;
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with an eye forstorytelling and detail;
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively withinmultidisciplinary teams;
• A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for human-centeredand experience-driven design;
• Exposure to or experience with integrated brand, digital, orstrategic design projects is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a multidisciplinary experience design studio working with
global brands to craft meaningful, immersive experiences across
environments, communications, behaviours, and strategic thinking.
We are looking for a Junior Experience Designer who is passionate
about shaping physical spaces and environments—someone with a
background in architecture or interior design who is eager to
contribute to the development of impactful experiences.
As a Junior Experience Designer specialising in environmental and
physical space design, you’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic
team that brings together spatial, strategic, and visual disciplines.
This role is ideal for a designer with 0—3 years of professional
experience who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and is
excited to work on a diverse range of projects—from retail
environments and branded installations to hospitality, financial,
automotive and workplace experiences.
