YOU BRING ALONG:

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in facility management or similar and have already gained initial professional experience in this field or in property management.
  • You have good IT skills, a confident handling of MS Office and CAFM systems as well as knowledge of relevant regulations in this area.
  • You are also characterised by your team-spirit, customer-oriented approach, ability to work under pressure, technical understanding and business acumen.
  • Good English and/or German language skills are essential (at least B1 proficiency in one of them).

Responsibilities
  • You are responsibile for all technical and infrastructural matters at our head office and coordinate external service providers together with your team.
  • You will also independently develop concepts for site changes, take on project management and plan necessary maintenance measures.
  • With the help of modern and software-supported inspection and maintenance plans, you support and ensure operation responsibility.
  • You negotiate maintenance contracts, conclude them in consultation with the management and ensure their ongoing support.
  • Processing ad-hoc enquiries, maintain relevant property data, create evaluations for process optimisation and coordinate the deployment of our in-house technicians are your daily tasks.
  • You also act as a direct point of contact for the customer and are responsible for the economic realisation of customer concerns and the processing of complaints.
