KPMG Business Services provides internal services to the organization, supporting all service lines and assisting professionals in managing daily activities. In particular, by joining the Building Management Team as a Facility Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of direct assistance and support to the Leadership and Management Group members.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing general services: monitoring, periodic inspections, handling fault reports and emergencies, as well as providing logistical support for maintenance activities.
  • Workplace management: updating occupancy status, organizing, and monitoring internal relocations.
  • Reporting and compliance: maintaining reports on spaces, relocations, facility conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical regulations for suppliers.
  • Maintenance planning: defining maintenance plans based on established service levels and schedules related to cleaning, handling, space planning, etc., ensuring that services align with business needs.
  • Supplier management: monitoring performance, evaluating services provided, and managing operational issues while ensuring availability in case of emergencies.
  • Process improvement: implementing actions to optimize service management, improving access procedures, quality control, and technical reporting.
