REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree (or currently studying) in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Great analytical and mathematical skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE: MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT

We’re seeking a Merchandising Assistant to support our busy merchandising team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our collections are presented beautifully, accurately, and in line with our high standards across multiple retail platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage weekly intake sheets with retail partners (John Lewis, Debenhams, Next) – ensuring product data and imagery are accurate.
  • Upload new products weekly to Shopify (retail & wholesale), SilkFred, and other partner platforms.
  • Use our I-Level stock control system to book in stock, manage transfers, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Analyse weekly sales and stock reports to identify best and poor-performing products – share insights with Buying & Design teams.
  • Prepare and manage weekly replenishment stock lists, working with the warehouse to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Update product information and optimise listings with SEO keywords on the Shopify website.
  • Plan and coordinate photoshoots, including booking models and locations, styling, and tracking samples.
  • Manage communication with retail partners – including SOR bookings, fast-track entries, and key documentation.
