VOTRE MISSION

As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for a Junior Field Application Engineer to strengthen our teams.
Reporting directly to the APAC Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our customers from product qualification to implementation, as well as participating in the qualification and internal testing of new solutions. You will be part of a team of 3 people.

Responsibilities
  • Technical document writing and reviewing (Documentation, Technical articles, test reports, etc.),
  • New products / firmware / software test and review,
  • Link between sales, customers, and R&D to provide feedback about bugs and wished improvements.
    This position will require regular travel in APAC Area, an occasionally in France.
