REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical support or field engineer role, resolving escalated service desk issues.
  • Proven experience with the deployment and management of end-user devices.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint support and administration.
  • Strong background in infrastructure monitoring and patch management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage third-line service desk escalations, ensuring timely resolution and closure of tickets.
  • Assist with the rollout, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices.
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance for SharePoint.
  • Monitor infrastructure for performance and identify potential issues.
  • Assist with patching and updating devices to maintain security and functionality.
  • Document technical processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference
