We’re seeking a Junior Field Operations Manager to help manage day-to-day field operations, assist project managers, and support smooth, on-time project delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a fast paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–3 years experience in construction, remodeling, or trades (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working on active job sites and interacting with both subcontractors, field leads and Picasso project managers
• Ability to take direction and grow into increased responsibility
• Basic understanding of residential construction and tools
• Familiarity with project management software or willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Support day-to-day jobsite operations across multiple projects
• Assist in coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
• Perform daily check-ins on job progress and report back to senior staff
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Track material orders and pickups as needed
• Document site photos, job logs, and status reports
• Assist in resolving minor issues or escalate as needed to PM and Senior Field Operations
• Identifies and resolves jobsite challenges proactively to keep work flowing.
• Willing to get hands dirty to get job completed
• Attend team meetings and walkthroughs with project leads
• Ensure punch lists and closeout tasks are completed
