We are looking for an exceptional Junior Finance Associate who develops a deep understanding of strong finance processes, systems, and controls within a fast-paced, structured environment. You'll spend meaningful time on operational finance: reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and record-keeping. It's not always thrilling, but it's how you build judgment and credibility. The sky is the limit for someone who wants to get stuck in and make a difference. Responsibilities Own daily, weekly, and monthly processes, reporting, and reconciliations. Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate across teams. Years of relevant experience: 2-3 years of relevant finance experience in a fintech, tech, or start-up environment or industry. Academic background: Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics degree (or equivalent analytical background). Excel proficiency: Excellent Excel skills knowledgeable on different formulas (pivot tables, lookup, raw data cleanup, data reconciliation, creation of basic financial statements) Analytical: Attention to detail and a sharp problem solver. Strong work ethic and ability to adapt. Nice to have: Finance or accounting internship experience Campus leadership demonstrating you can juggle competing priorities Interest in pursuing a CPA Benefits Monthly base salary: PHP 25,000-28,000 depending on experience Hybrid work set-up: 2 days per week in our BGC office; remote the rest of the time.
