Your tasks

• Contributing to the introduction and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Support with testing, error analysis, system acceptance testing and interface issues
• Analysis and optimization of finance processes as well as participation in digital workflows
• Creation and maintenance of documentation, role descriptions and user manuals
• Key user support: training, support, reporting setups and Power BI analyses

Your profile

• Commercial training or studies in business administration, finance, business informatics or similar.
• Basic knowledge of finance processes / accounting
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance – ideally from implementation or user projects.
• High affinity for IT, enjoyment of data structures, interfaces and system tests
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Personal skills
• A pronounced ability to present complex information in an understandable way.
• Structured, independent work style and basic project management skills
• Strong communication skills in dealing with internal customers and external partners
• Analytical thinking, solution orientation and a hands-on mentality
• Strong service orientation
