You will be the primary contact person and sparring partner for our European market organizations on all accounting and financial matters. You will become familiar with our accounting processes and systems and support quality and efficiency improvements in both day-to-day operations and projects.

In the next step, you will move into Controlling and become a proactive business partner for management and various departments. You will prepare monthly reports, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and support strategic and operational business planning, including forecasting.

Through your work in Accounting and Controlling, you will acquire the necessary skills for a successful management career in finance. At the same time, by participating in and leading various financial projects, you will build a sound understanding of business and a strong network – the ideal basis for your further international career at Hilti.

Your profile

• Successfully completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Financial Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study
• Initial practical experience gained through internships in a comparable financial environment, for example in industry or management consulting.
• International experience and the desire to build an international career in finance in the long term.
• Clear career goals and the motivation to continuously develop yourself through mentoring and coaching.
• A convincing demeanor and the ability to communicate successfully, even at the management level.
• Talent for building internal and external networks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
