REQUIREMENTS

• Apprenticeship or Degree in Finance or Business Administration with focus on Finance/ Accounting/ Controlling.
• Advanced skills for Google Sheets and/or Excel; experiences with Datev and Moss is a plus.
• You enjoy working with numbers (analytical skills and affinity for numbers), you are detail-oriented and you have a structured approach to solving new challenges.
• You are highly motivated to work in a dynamic and passionate team, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work and you have a ‘can do’ attitude with problem solving skills even if challenges are complex.
• You have native or fluent German and English language skills, both written and verbal

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• You will manage the monthly accounting (invoicing, bookkeeping preparation, monthly closing and reconciliation based on HGB).
• You will be responsible for the accounts receivable management and the dunning processes.
• You will support the year-end-closing and yearly financial audit.
• You will support relevant reporting and ad-hoc analysis tasks.
• You will collaborate with other departments to organize and accomplish financial topics.
• Communication and coordination with our tax consultancy.
• Participate in consistent improvement of all financial processes in our growing organization
• Take ownership of smaller projects.
