Job Summary
We are very excited to provide junior finance opportunities for fresh graduates and junior finance professionals!
Our finance roles are based in our Budapest GBS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
Office location: 1095 Budapest, Soroksári Street 44.

Mostly we have the following opportunities in our organization:

  • Accounts Payable Analyst: The role involves validating, approving, and posting PO and non-PO invoices, calculating VAT, tax, and withholding tax, and verifying supplier documentation for compliance with legal and tax requirements. Additionally, it includes scheduling payment runs, responding to vendor inquiries, managing exceptions, providing excellent customer service, partnering with internal teams for issue resolution, supporting P2P team objectives, suggesting process improvements, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and performing other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
  • Accounts Receivable Analyst: As an Accounts Receivable Analyst your role will be responsible for accurately posting and allocating incoming payments from various sources to customer accounts daily, regularly reconciling cash application activity with bank statements, and tracking unapplied payments to ensure proper application. Additionally, it includes reviewing customer accounts for correct payment application, resolving payment discrepancies and disputes, preparing and analyzing cash application reports, maintaining accurate records, and identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Accounting Analyst: As an Accounting Analyst you will be responsible for recording financial transactions, processing payments to vendors and utilities, sending invoices to customers, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy. Additionally, it includes preparing financial reports, assisting with payroll and tax filings, correcting discrepancies, and communicating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve financial issues.
  • Credit Control & Collection Analyst: The role involves performing all collections activities, including customer correspondence and executing effective collection procedures to improve cash flow and reduce past due amounts. Additionally, it includes conducting risk assessments for new and existing customers, managing order holds, ensuring compliance with credit processes, and effectively communicating customer issues to relevant organizations.
  • Billing Analyst: The role involves creating invoices and credit notes, providing professional assistance for queries and issue resolution, handling generic mailboxes related to invoicing, and uploading customer invoices on portals with required accuracy. Additionally, it includes saving and updating SOPs and guidelines, maintaining portal passwords, performing month-end closing activities, and executing other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

The job requirements for any of our roles are:

  • Excellent English language knowledge is a must, both written and spoken
  • College graduate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting professional equivalent or relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with accounting and ERP software (Oracle, SAP)
  • Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Being a team player with a can-do-mentality
