• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships and full-time)
• Foundational understanding of GAAP and internal control
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite or Dynamics 365) is a plus
