QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-secondary education (bachelor’s degree preferred) in a related field
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in accounting or finance
• Highly ethical and able to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Office and Sage/Netsuite Accounting software
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the coordination of special projects, such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs), as needed.
