Antenna Group is currently seeking to fill the following position: Junior Financial Analyst About the role Reporting to the Operations Manager, he/she should be responsible and accountable for analyzing the company’s revenues and expenses, forecasting financial performance, and managing budgets and business expenses. Through detailed variance analysis and performance reporting, he/she will provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Prepare and distribute all company commercial / financial reporting Ensure that all finance data (actual, historical, budgets) are correctly monitored by the Company’s financial IT systems Handle all issues regarding the sales / orders Assist in the preparation of all financial reports Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for top management to support strategic and operational decisions University Degree in Finance/ Management Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language Excellent use of MS Office and especially Excel Familiar with SAP Approx. 3 years working experience in an organized Finance or Reporting department Strong analytical and synthesis skills, experience working with data & KPIs and can easily produce reports (regular or ad hoc) Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong numerical and analytical skills Demonstrating attention to detail/Problem solving and managing projects in an efficient manner High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group.
