  • Assist and support clients in utilizing our software effectively to manage their real estate investments.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on optimizing their use of our platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our software capabilities and updates to provide informed support to clients.
