Join our team as Junior Financial Analyst   USA-Rock Hill  At HARTMANN, we support healthcare professionals so they can focus on what really matters: positively impacting people’s lives. In this role, you’ll provide management with the financial reporting and analysis that drives both strategic and tactical decisions. You’ll support optimal pricing by analyzing and processing requests and play a key role in ensuring our sales organization operates with clarity and confidence.   What you’ll do Analyze and process incoming sales and pricing requests. Prepare monthly pricing renewal data and communicate approved changes to the contracts team. Process monthly rebates, monitor denied rebates, and obtain paybacks. Oversee customer incentive programs (CIP): initial analysis/setup, ongoing monitoring, final calculation, approval, and payment request. Support sales reporting, analysis, and special projects as required. Process monthly GPO reporting and communicate administrative fees to the accounting team.   Our requirements Bachelor’s degree (Finance preferred) 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance or data analysis (including internships). Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); proficiency in MS Office. Financial analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient troubleshooter.
