REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional certification CA/ACCA/CMA is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare performance analysis:
  • Sales performance by division, region, and customer.
  • Gross margin, net margin, and expense analysis.
  • Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements across group companies.
  • Brand wise and category wise analysis
  • Customer wise analysis including sales, discounts, returns and profitability
  • Management dashboard with trend charts, KPI’s and performance comments
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis (Budget vs Actual).
  • Perform trend analysis for sales, margins, and overhead expenses.
  • BEP analysis for divisions and executives
  • Sales and collection analysis linking sales achievement and receivables.
  • Debtors and Supplier ageing analysis
  • Inventory analysis including Stock ageing analysis, Expiry risk monitoring.
  • Monitor financial ratios (GP%, NP%, Opex %, AR/AP Days).
  • Provide insights on sales returns.
  • Validate data inputs for MIS and ensure integrity of analytical reports.
  • Provide schedules and reconciliations for internal and external audits.
  • Monitor standard KPIs – Sales growth %, Gross Margin %, Net Profit %, OPEX % of sales
  • Collection days (DSO), Payables days (DPO) and Inventory days (DIO)
  • Cash conversion cycle
  • Build KPI dashboards for management review.
  • Provide management with ad-hoc reports
  • Promo efficiency and promo profitability analysis, including Promo budget vs Variance
  • Any other reporting requirements as assigned by management.
