Job Description
As a Junior Financial Controller, you will support our month-end closing and financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant results. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial controlling while working closely with experienced colleagues across finance and business teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • First experience through internships or working student roles in controlling, finance, or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and basic SQL for data extraction.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems and contribute to process improvements.
  • Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution and tracking of monthly closing procedures and internal reporting.
  • Coordinate financial information between business units and accounting teams (internal and external), ensuring accuracy and compliance with local GAAP and internal controls.
  • Support analysis of financial performance, helping to identify discrepancies and contribute to process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and automation of tools (Excel, SQL) for cost allocation, management reporting, and portfolio tracking (leasing and loans).
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to improve financial postings and maintain clear documentation of processes.
  • Prepare training materials and provide support to finance and business stakeholders in using reporting tools.
  • Develop your knowledge of accounting and controlling standards through hands-on experience and mentorship.
