• Following an individual training/development phase, you will increasingly advise our corporate clients independently, individually and in a sales-oriented manner on topics including liquidity, financing, risk and hedging, company pension schemes, accounting and private financial matters.
• They develop qualified, sustainable financing strategies for their corporate clients.
• They purposefully acquire potential new customers from the market segment and actively initiate new business.
• They are a fair and reliable partner for their customers, the bank, and other partners.
• They exercise their credit authority responsibly within the context of customer relationships.
• They are closely monitoring the market to further develop their own range of services and to increase the profitability of our bank.
• They proactively and systematically utilize the available, supporting distribution channels.

What you bring with you

• Completion of a banking apprenticeship (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training / further education
• Ideally, practical experience in retail banking (especially in the lending sector) as well as in commercial banking.
