Purpose of Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fixed Assets Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the fixed assets and will be involved in the FA implementation of the new IT module
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional Skills: Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience: Any experience in the role in highly appreciated.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Behavioural Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability of meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Recording Fixed Assets
- Depreciation Calculation
- Performing reconciliations between fixed asset registers and the general ledger to ensure consistency.
- Assisting in the tagging and tracking of physical assets, ensuring proper identification and accountability.
- Reporting: Preparing fixed asset-related reports for management, auditors, or regulatory purposes.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies, while maintaining proper documentation.
- Support in the implementation of the new FA module.
