Responsibilities

As a Junior Flow Survey Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data that drives our clients’ decisions. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Analyse incoming flow and level data using an appropriate data platform to derive actionable insights and conclusions.
  • Post-installation validation.
  • Identify trends and anomalies, at both full fleet and individual site level.
  • Interim reporting to the Client.
  • Internal reporting on fleet health and site visit statistics.
  • Update databases with new installations of monitoring equipment and record follow-up site activity. Ensure records are kept up to date with all site visits and actions taken.
  • Facilitate metadata transfer to an appropriate data platform to ensure the client has access to their flow/level data.
  • Act as a contact point for the client and respond to any queries raised.
  • Act as a contact point for Field Service Technicians with on-site data queries.
