JOB SUMMARY

To supervise groups of staff within the M&E Team- allocating roles in the Manager and Assistant Managers absence.
To ensure all standards are adhered by the individual and the team as a whole.

• Ensure all guests are greeted properly
• Ensure the functions are set up by following the procedures.
• Ensure functions and events such as Food and Flicks are managed in correct way.
• Complete relevant shift reports and use of systems such as JudgeService.
• Support communication within the Management Team through handover process and operating procedures such as opening and closing.
