REQUIREMENTS

  • Have a strong understanding of and passion for the KG Kurt Gieger brand, customer and collections
  • Be able to produce high quality work (Cads and Specs) quickly and efficiently.
  • To be engaged and enthusiastic about the fashion industry with strong knowledge of luxury and high street trends and have the ability to contribute and apply this to our brand
  • Be able to produce original, creative and brand appropriate ideas based on upcoming trends
  • Have the ability and passion to work across multiple product categories
  • Be confident in presenting your designs formally and informally
  • To have excellent communication skills with your team, other teams and suppliers
  • Be flexible with the ability to change and reprioritise what you are working on when required
  • Have strong technical and practical knowledge that allows you to deliver accurate samples
  • Be able to take responsibility for your design work, following samples through until a perfect sample is delivered to the deadlines – a thorough and proactive approach in sample management
  • Be able to work without supervision but be part of a team
