For more details visit www.flytradewind.com ABOUT THE CANDIDATE / ROLE Tradewind Aviation is looking for part-time Junior FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic Finance team in our Middlebury, Connecticut headquarters. This position is an entry-level role responsible for assisting in the analysis of business performance, monthly forecasting, financial planning, and the analysis of financial statements and reports. A strong, inquisitive, and analytical mindset is essential for effectively identifying solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Data gathering and consolidation Assist with building financial models Assist with performing financial analysis Contribute to financial management reporting Ensure timely completion and accurate presentation within business and financial reports Work with large data set to assist in the delivery of insightful financial analyses Assist with updating operational KPI’s and other monthly reports Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information at all times Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must have strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to complete a dynamic set of priorities, and have a positive attitude Excellent mathematical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently as well as cohesively in a group High energy, self-motivated, highly organized, and resourceful Experience using Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift 15lbs Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods Ability to hear and speak clearly on the phone and in meetings (in person or virtual) Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment.
