• Assist in the coordination of import and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs forms.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Track and trace shipments, providing updates to clients as needed.
• Assist with customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and communicate any delays or issues to relevant parties.
• Collaborate with senior team members on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide support in resolving any transportation-related issues or discrepancies.
