About us:
As governments worldwide prioritise climate change and renewable energy, our role in creating sustainable heat network infrastructure has never been more vital. Rendesco are at the forefront of low-carbon heat solutions, leading the way in a rapidly evolving sector.
Since our inception in 2012, Rendesco has pioneered the heat pump sector, offering comprehensive services from design and installation to ownership and operation of low-carbon heating systems. With hundreds of successful projects under our belt, our experienced teams lead the UK in renewable heating solutions.
Joining our team at this stage offers the exciting opportunity to shape our growth story and contribute to the decarbonisation of a crucial sector. We pride ourselves on our dynamic, open culture and flat hierarchy. Our team is as diverse as it is passionate, driven by a shared mission and a commitment to seize every opportunity that comes our way.
About the role:
Having grown rapidly in the new build homes market, Rendesco sees huge opportunity to provide clean heating in the existing homes market. The company’s newest division, Home Energy, aims to provide sustainable and cost-effective heating to residential customers by retrofitting existing homes with heat pumps and creating products and services that drive sustainability and energy savings.
As a Front End Developer, in the Research & Development (R&D) team, you will be responsible for developing, validating and maintaining solutions using web technologies, primarily for the Home Energy division. You will collaborate with R&D team members and the Managing Director of Home Energy in order to ship quality software that meets the needs of users across their journey of adopting clean heating and energy saving solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating digital tools to solve customer problems in the cleantech industry.
