Description

NetVerge is an AI-first Managed Service Provider (MSP) platform. We’re rebuilding how technicians, dashboards, and automated agents work together think real-time infrastructure insights, drag-and-drop workflow builders, and a design-system-driven UI that makes complex network operations feel effortless. We’re a small, fast-moving team, deep in a major refactor of our front-end; every pixel you ship will be used by real customers within days.

What will you’ll do

  • Craft beautiful UI/UX – Build highly interactive React components and flows that make dense data easy to scan and act on. You’ll work heavily with Tailwind CSS and our evolving component library.
  • Componentize everything – Break giant legacy screens into reusable atoms, molecules, and organisms. Own component docs and accessibility states.
  • Leverage modern React – Hooks, Context, Suspense, React Flow/React-Flow-Renderer for visual editors, lazy loading, and performance profiling.
  • Iterate with real users – We don’t have Figma mock-ups for every screen; you’ll whiteboard, prototype in code, gather feedback, and tighten the details until it feels right.
  • Pair with product & backend – Collaborate closely with our Django/Python engineers to wire GraphQL/REST endpoints into clean, predictable UI state.

Must-haves

  • 0-2 years of professional or project experience building React apps.
  • A portfolio, GitHub, or live demo that shows your eye for UI/UX (animations, micro-interactions, typography, responsive layouts, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of Tailwind or a utility-first CSS approach.
  • Comfort with Git, CLI, and typical front-end tooling (Vite, Next.js, or similar).
  • Able to work on-site in Coquitlam (this role is not hybrid/remote).
  • Clear communication—both when explaining design decisions and when asking for help.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with React Flow, d3, or any canvas/SVG libraries.
  • Exposure to Django templates or Python (even hobby projects).
  • Experience writing basic unit tests with Jest/React Testing Library.
