WE HELP THE WORLD RUN BETTER

At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best. Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.

Responsibilities

SAP provides leading solutions to help our customers run their businesses. Our application SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking is one of the most frequently used products as every employee regularly records time or requests vacation throughout their working life. The main processes for absence and attendance management, and close integration with Payroll are handled by our cloud solution. Moreover, we will enhance this with a comprehensive shift planning solution—an end-to-end, streamlined AI-driven shift planning application designed to optimize operational costs and minimize compliance risks, overtime, overstaffing, and payroll errors.
As a (Junior) full stack developer (d/f/m), you’ll have the chance to join one of our Scrum teams and work alongside talented software engineers to design, implement, and test new application features. Your role at the application core will present challenges that require analytical thinking, empathy for end users, and the ability to ensure processes run in a performant way. Besides the SFSF technology stack, shift planning will be developed on BTP and the application foundation services. So, this is an exciting opportunity for a young, dynamic talent like you to make an impact and develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Take opportunities to involve yourself in contributing to and driving all aspect of development life cycle, including requirements verification, solution building and alignments with stakeholders, architectural design, implementation, testing to meet quality criteria, and processes to deliver best solutions to our customers.
Grow along your interests with potential specializations in business processes, backend and frontend development, software security, quality assurance, DevOps, feature usage, or other specific topics.
