Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire (Fully Onsite)
Salary: £30,000 per annum

About the Role
A growing software security provider is seeking a Junior Full-Stack .NET Developer to join their development team on a fully onsite basis in Potters Bar. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior developer with at least 1 year of experience in C# and .NET to work on secure, high-performance systems used globally.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain both front-end and back-end features of a secure authentication platform
  • Develop user-friendly web interfaces and secure APIs
  • Collaborate on integrations with third-party platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VPNs, and others
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation
  • Work closely with QA and security specialists to ensure robust, high-quality releases

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience with C# and .NET (Core or Framework)
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor) is a plus
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols
  • Solid experience using SQL Server or other relational databases
  • Passion for secure, high-quality software development and problem-solving

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of authentication protocols like OAuth2, SAML, or OpenID Connect
  • Experience with PKI, digital certificates, or token-based authentication
  • Exposure to identity and access management (IAM) or MFA tools
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile workflows
  • Understanding of Windows security, Active Directory, or Azure AD
