The Role We're looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced engineering team. You'll work on building and improving our AI-powered software development platform, contributing to both frontend and backend systems that serve Fortune 500 companies. This is an opportunity to grow rapidly while working on cutting-edge technology that's redefining how software is built. What You'll Do Build and maintain features across our full stack, from user interfaces to backend services Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new functionality for our agentic software development platform Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript Write, scope, and review Jira tickets with clear success criteria Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Debug and resolve issues across the stack to ensure platform reliability Work closely with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences Learn and grow rapidly in a high-performance environment with mentorship from experienced engineers What We're Looking For 0-3 years of professional software engineering experience Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js, or similar frameworks) Familiarity with at least one backend language (preferrably Python, TypeScript/Node.js) Understanding of RESTful APIs and database concepts (SQL and/or NoSQL) Experience building software and prompting with AI/ML tools and/or LLM applications Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Contributions to open source projects or personal projects demonstrating technical initiative Our Culture Who we are: Led by two pioneering co-founders we are one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S., creating our own category of enterprise autonomous software development.
