You & your role Develop software across the full stack within a cloud-based environment and grow as a Junior Full Stack Software Engineer. You work mainly on backend services and cloud components while learning how frontend, deployment and monitoring come together in practice. For example, you support the development of backend services, help improve cloud workflows, and collaborate closely with experienced engineers in a small team. Examples from practice Contributing to backend services built with modern frameworks in a regulated banking environment. You & your talent Bachelor work-thinking level in software engineering or a related field. 0–2 years of experience with backend development using Spring Boot and Kotlin or Java. Experience with databases such as MongoDB or SQL Server. Willingness to learn cloud technologies and work across the full stack. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
