ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Micromine Australia team is seeking a Junior Geologist to work in a Technical Presales opportunity, to support and grow our geological software business.
Working closely with our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in the solution-selling process, delivering high-impact technical demonstrations, supporting tenders, and ensuring customer success during onboarding and implementation. This is a strategic, customer-facing role that will give you the opportunity to work with industry-leading technology and influence how our clients explore and model their geological data.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with business development managers to identify, develop, and close opportunities.
  • Delivering technical demonstrations and input into proposals and tenders.
  • Leading software evaluations and proof-of-concept builds.
  • Supporting customer success during implementation and training.
  • Assisting with campaign events, conferences, and promotions.
  • Contributing to product development through feedback and regional testing.
