• Be part of an international, diverse Procurement team managing global media investments across all Beiersdorf brands.
• Collaborate closely with Global Category Managers to drive procurement excellence.
• Handle both organizational tasks (e.g., presentation preparation) and operational responsibilities (e.g., database and systems management).
• Play a key role in project planning, shaping, and steering collaborations with suppliers.
• Identify optimization opportunities and create business value through data analysis and sourcing strategies.
• Run database reports, analyze data, and support decision-making processes.
• Take ownership of defined work packages, projects, and tasks within the team.
• Enhance and support procurement processes, methods, and systems.
• Monitor KPIs, develop and optimize templates, and serve as the go-to person for procurement tools.
• Lead the implementation of Supply Chain and Procurement strategies.
