Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Business Transition and working closely with the Creative Lead based onsite at the Homebush West office, you will be responsible for assisting, designing and developing dynamic digital learning experiences that integrate graphics, audio, and motion. Your role will also involve contributing to learning content development and staying informed about emerging trends in instructional design and eLearning.
This role presents a valuable opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to meaningful learning outcomes that align with the organisation’s learning goals.

You will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead and Instructional Designers to support the development of engaging digital learning experiences.
  • Support the creation of multimedia learning materials including animation, video and interactive content.
  • Assist in consultations with Subject Matter Experts to define clear learning objectives based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Transition team and cross-functional teams to meet stakeholder expectations and learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate and refine instructional materials to ensure they are clear, accurate, and effectively aligned with both learning objectives and organisational standards.
