TownSq is a modern API platform with integrated tools and processes created for the homeowners’ association (HOA) management industry. Our portfolio of flexible mobile and web applications and professional services are designed for homeowners, board members, and management company leaders. The TownSq Marketing Department is looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Creative Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing a diverse range of graphic, print, web, and digital media collateral. This role requires knowledge of all aspects of design and the ability to develop creative ideas and work in a fast-paced environment. The individual will work closely with our Marketing Team and internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Mastery demonstration of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great taste, instincts, and knowledge of emerging design trends
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage many projects at once and meet tight deadlines
  • A solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and provide solutions to capture goals and exceed business needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good time management and organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working closely with internal marketing team
  • Agency experience
  • Interest in video/podcast

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing Team to deliver creative work and ensure brand consistency across campaigns, content, promotions, etc., through a variety of channels
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for ads, brochures, signage, banners, emails, flyers, postcards, logos, social media graphics and other artwork
  • Assist with designing collateral and articles for our in-house lifestyle magazine
  • Remain fluent in understanding and interpreting design strategy
  • Deliver high-quality, on-brand designs with little oversight
  • Knowledge of content creation for socials
