JOB SUMMARY

Capacity Commercial Group is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This is a full-time, in-office role based in downtown Portland, supporting our brokers across the Industrial, Office, and Vancouver teams. You’ll be responsible for designing professional marketing materials, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and helping maintain our brand across print and digital platforms. This role offers a great opportunity to build your design skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)

  • Experience with LinkedIn business pages, SitesUSA, ZoomInfo, or Mailchimp
  • Experience with basic HTML
  • Background in commercial real estate or professional services marketing

Responsibilities
  • Design and revise branded marketing collateral including flyers, offering memorandums, tour books, presentations, postcards, and social media graphics
  • Customize and adapt existing templates to meet specific listing or team needs
  • Produce and enhance visual assets using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Coordinate with brokers, property owners, and developers to organize content and ensure timely project delivery
  • Manage and schedule content for the company’s LinkedIn account, and track performance
  • Generate maps, aerials, and market reports using GIS software
  • Build and manage lead lists with ZoomInfo; support brokers in using the tool effectively
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters using Mailchimp
  • Contribute to quarterly newsletters and occasional marketing materials for the property management team
