The Role
Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the creative/marketing team to assist in the creation of visual content for various digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for supporting the design process, ensuring high-quality visual standards, and contributing fresh ideas to meet our brand’s needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Creation & Support: • Assist in creating high-quality graphics for a variety of media, including websites, mobile apps, social media platforms, email marketing, print materials, and presentations. • Support senior designers in the development of creative concepts and design solutions. • Help create visual assets such as banners, icons, infographics, and illustrations. 2. Brand Consistency: • Ensure that all designs are in line with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials. • Participate in the adaptation of designs for different platforms while keeping brand messaging intact. 3. Collaboration: • Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design needs and project requirements. • Take feedback from the senior designer to refine and finalize designs. • Assist with revisions and updates to existing design materials as needed. 4. Creative Development: • Contribute ideas and creative input during brainstorming and conceptualization phases. • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and software to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. 5. File Management: • Ensure that all design files are organized and easily accessible for internal use. • Prepare final design files for production and ensure they are properly formatted. 6. Deadline Management: • Assist in managing multiple design projects with varying deadlines. • Ensure timely delivery of designs, adhering to project schedules and timelines.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications: ? A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). ? Basic understanding of web design and digital platforms. ? Strong attention to detail and a passion for design. ? Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment. ? Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive constructive feedback. ? A strong portfolio that demonstrates a creative mindset and technical skills. Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). ? Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus. ? Experience with print design and file preparation. Positive Personal & Professional Abilities: ?
