Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with creativity, attention to detail, and a solid foundation in digital design to join our Legal Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in web design, branding, and creating visually engaging content for web and social media. Position Responsibilities: Design web interfaces and visual elements using Figma or Adobe XD Create graphics and visual content for social media Produce design materials that follow existing brand guidelines Review websites to ensure visual consistency, correct styling, and proper use of design assets Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality assets on time Support ongoing brand design needs for various clients Minimum Requirements: Experience in web design, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop Solid understanding of branding and visual identity Familiarity with responsive design and general UI best practices Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly Creative, proactive, and eager to continue learning Ability to function in a dynamic and challenging environment Relevant Fields of Study: Marketing, Design or STEM Disciplines Compensation: $18,000 MXN - $21,000 MXN / Gross Monthly Work in an agency positioned as the number one in the USA in the area of legal digital marketing Flexible schedule according to the school schedule Professional development and growth Possibility of obtaining a full-time job after graduating from the career
