Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’ve got a brilliant opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer to help level up our in-house marketing team! Using your experience of working across a range of media, you’ll help your marketing colleagues oversee, develop and execute engaging creative concepts, applying your design skills across a variety of channels, including digital, web, video, print and social media. Collaborating with our in-house content creators, you’ll also be responsible for managing the smooth delivery of all briefs and requests coming into the in-house creative studio.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, WE THINK YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or over three years’ experience working in a professional services business.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro etc.) and Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
  • Proficient using a DSLR camera and post production of images and videos
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of typography, colour, and layout.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital and print production processes.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles is a plus.
