Description SendCutSend is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to jump into a fast-paced environment and build real-world design experience. In this role you’ll focus on print and digital design projects gaining experience across the full spectrum of creative work. This is a part-time role working 20-25 hours per week. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in design principles, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn. You’ll take on day-to-day design tasks that keep our marketing efforts running smoothly—freeing up senior designers to focus on larger projects. What you’ll do Print & Production Design Create marketing collateral including inserts, stickers, tape, and other printed and materials Design large-format signage for events, trade shows, and internal use Learn how to design for laser cutting and other manufacturing applications Digital Design Produce graphics for ads, thumbnails, email campaigns, and social media Assist with animations, intro graphics, and other motion design projects Collaboration & Growth Work closely with the marketing team to deliver assets on deadline Learn and grow in areas like web, UI, and HTML/CSS as opportunities arise Requirements A general knowledge of print design principles (bleeds, file prep, formats, etc.) Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail A team player who’s open to feedback and eager to learn Nice to have Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS Experience with animation or video editing tools (After Effects, Premier Pro, etc) Experience in Figma Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision coverage *full-time employees* Tuition reimbursement Paid parental leave Short-term disability 401K with company match Paid holidays + PTO Lunch Provided Daily Employee discount on parts
