REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of design experience (in-house, freelance, or agency)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and pivot quickly across projects
• Portfolio that demonstrates versatility and attention to detail
• Strong Experience with Canva
• Preferred: Experience with Figma, , and/or packaging design
• Preferred: Experience in CPG, cannabis, beverage, or retail industries
• Must reside in the state of Missouri.
• Must submit a portfolio.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented Junior Designer to support our growing marketing team. This person will help bring our brands to life visually across retail, digital, and print, designing everything from social assets and sales sheets to packaging mockups and event signage.
This is a Missouri-based, fully remote role that may include in-state travel for brand launches, pop-ups, and content capture. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, CMO, and external partners to support our house of brands: Notorious, Farmer G, Willie’s Reserve, and FLWR PWR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design retail sales materials (sell sheets, pitch decks, POP, signage)
• Assist in social media asset creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
• Support packaging mockups and dielines for internal and client-facing use
• Create event visuals (posters, digital flyers, invitations, etc.)
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple product lines
• Help resize, revise, and localize assets across different formats/platforms
• Collaborate with our marketing team and external creatives on brand storytelling
• Support packaging design and dieline execution for product launches and mockups
