Hederman - Hassle-free Print & Design, a Dublin 4 based graphic design and print management company that specialises in supplying to the hotel sector and that places a very high priority on delivering unrivalled customer service, looking for an enthusiastic, organised and reliable individual to join our small but busy team at Hotelprint.ie.
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer who is also keen to learn the ropes of the print production and client services side of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career who wants hands-on design experience while also gaining an inside look at how projects move from concept to delivery.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer (who will mentor you), as well as our Print Production & Client Services Manager — supporting across design, print production, and customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with the design and artwork of branded print materials for hotels and hospitality clients
• Flight-checking supplied artwork files, preparing print, and learning best practices for print production
• Supporting the production manager with order processing, supplier coordination, and client communication
• Helping with general admin, project follow-ups, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Learning about the full lifecycle of print and branding projects — from design to finished product

What we’re looking for:

• A qualification in graphic design and 2 years of hands-on expereince
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• An eye for detail and strong organisational skills
• A willingness to learn about print processes, materials, and production
• A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a small, busy team
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A confident and professional phone manner
• Strong communication and organisational skills
