The Opportunity

Are you a creative and motivated graphic designer looking to build your career in a dynamic and growing organisation?

At CIP Construction, we're seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or emerging designer to gain hands-on experience, contribute to a variety of projects, and help bring our brand to life across multiple channels.

Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will support the creation of engaging visual content across digital, print, and internal communication channels. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality design solutions that enhance our brand and support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create and assist with the development of marketing collateral across digital and print platforms.
• Design presentations, brochures, eDMs, corporate documents, and branded materials.
• Develop graphics for social media, website content, and internal communications.
• Create infographics, diagrams, and visual assets that support business communications.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner.

Brand & Marketing Support

• Assist with the rollout of branding initiatives and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all design outputs.
• Support marketing campaigns through creative visual content.
• Collaborate with project teams on branded presentations and documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements.
• Participate in creative discussions and contribute fresh ideas.
• Build strong working relationships across the organisation.
• Effectively communicate project progress and deadlines.

Asset Management

• Maintain organised design files, project folders, and digital asset libraries.
• Support the management of photography databases and artwork resources.
• Ensure artwork is accurately stored and version controlled.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A qualification (completed or currently studying) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related discipline.
• Internship, freelance, or practical design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience with Premiere Pro or video editing software will be highly regarded.
