POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer to create clear, impactful visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in design principles, a sharp eye, and an interest in translating complex ideas such as financial data, charts, and investment concepts into polished, professional materials. This role offers the opportunity to grow as a designer in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values creative thinking and strategic design. An interest in motion graphics and animation is a plus as we expand our visual capabilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional or internship experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or creative services team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects and Figma is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, with an emphasis on branding and layout projects within a corporate setting.
  • Refined design sense with an emphasis on strategic visual communication, typography, color, and composition.
  • Adaptable and flexible in managing multiple projects and shifting priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective communication complemented by a proactive, can-do attitude.
    The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
